we take the security of our users’ data very seriously. We encourage those who have discovered potential security vulnerabilities in a Sprout Social™ service to disclose it to us in a responsible manner.
We will work with security researchers to validate and respond to vulnerabilities that are reported to us. We won’t take legal action against or suspend or terminate your account access provided you discover and report security vulnerabilities in accordance with this Responsible Disclosure Policy. Sprout Social reserves all of its legal rights in the event of any noncompliance.
- Accessing, or attempting to access, data that does not belong to you
- Executing, or attempting to execute, a denial of service attack
- Research conducted by minors, individuals on sanctions lists or individuals in countries

Reporting Potential Vulnerabilities
We collect information about visitors to our Site, our customers and their users, job applicants, and users of our customer’s social media pages / properties.
Such information is collected from the following sources:
Information We Collect Directly from You: The type of information that we collect directly from you varies based on your interaction with our Site and our Service. We collect information directly from you when you register an account with us, liaise with us on a customer service issue, apply for a job, and complete an application or other forms on the Site and/or Service.
